1.27mm High-Speed Board-to-Board Connectors with Data Transmission Rates of up to 4 Gbps

High-speed board-to-board connectors are designed for high-speed transmission in industrial applications, and are widely used for their compact structure, high signal integrity, and high current-carrying capacity.
In the connector industry for more than 20 years, Greenconn has used its own R&D and production advantages to launch a series of high-speed board-to-board connectors with a pitch of 1.27mm. These connectors offer many advantages such as a data transmission rate reaching as high as 4 Gbps, a maximum insertion force of 0.5N/pin, mechanical durability up to 500 cycles, vibration/shock resistance up to 20g/50g, and allow for the correct assembly to still be completed within a certain amount of angular offset in the X and Y directions.

This high-reliability, compact and multi-functional connector offers high terminal density and strong assembly flexibility. It provides mating options for board-to-board and wire-to-board solutions, and board-to-board mating options with various combination heights. High-speed board-to-board connectors are set with positioning pins that facilitate precise positioning on the PCB. The weld tabs at both ends enable the mechanical strength of the connector to withstand high levels of shock or impact. The sloped guiding design and the fool-proof chamfer design at both male and female ends also help effectively avoid incorrect mating. The interlocking mechanism between the wire end and board end can prevent the connector from sliding or disengaging due to severe vibration and impact during use, especially in high-vibration environments. In addition, the terminal structure adopts a double-contact design with minimal contact surface, which minimizes contact resistance, thereby improving the stability of the contact conduction.
In order to improve the performance of high-speed board-to-board connectors, the Greenconn R&D team has carried out a comprehensive upgrade and improvement of the connector structure and functions to make it more suitable for the strict requirements of automotive, industrial, telecommunication and other applications. In addition, to meet the needs of automated production and protect the products during transportation, board-to-board products are packaged with carrier tape while wire-to-board products are provided using PE bag packaging or knife card packaging options to accommodate for each customer’s needs.
